• How will I know what my logo will look like?

Once you place an order, we'll send you a proposal including
a proportional picture of your mat and pricing information
which you must approve before production.



• How do I insure mat quality and colors?
Let us know your desired mat type and color and we'll mail you
a sample swatch of the mat in question.



• How can I insure accurate imprint colors?
Though we have stock imprint colors, we know one person's
"maroon" is another person's "burgundy".
If exact colors are needed, simply provide Pantone charts or
send us a sample from which we can match.



• How long does it take to get my mat?
The typical lead time is 10 days from the time we receive
your approved proposal until you get your mat.



• What about rush orders?
We treat every order as a rush order. However, we can make
a special shipping arrangements – beyond our typical UPS
ground service – at customer expense.



• What is your warranty?
Because mat longevity depends on proper cleaning, wear,
environment, and customer care, it's hard to determine
a reasonable "lifetime". Call us immediately (we study our computer
order records ship dates) with any mat or imprinting imperfections
and we'll handle them fairly and professionally.



• Do you have a return/cancellation policy?
Once you approve/fax back your proposal, all orders are final.
That's why we take such pains in assuring everything is fully
communicated and agreed upon before production begins.



• What designs work best?
The sharpest designs are clean, crisp, and uncomplicated.
They're also the most memorable.



• How do I pay for my order?
We mail your invoice when your order goes out.
Payment is expected 21 days after shipment.
