The Las Colinas Floormat offers introductory answers to frequently asked questions about ordering your floor mats. Browse subjects heading below to view questions and answers relating to your selection. Should you have any further questions, please consult our Contact Us page.
Once you place an order, we'll send you a proposal including a proportional picture of your mat and pricing information which you must approve before production.
Let us know your desired mat type and color and we'll mail you a sample swatch of the mat in question.
The typical lead time is 10 business days from the time we receive your approved proposal until you get your mat.
We treat every order as a rush order. However, we can make special shipping arrangements – beyond our typical UPS ground service – at customer expense.
Because floot mat longevity depends on proper cleaning, wear, environment, and customer care, it's hard to determine a reasonable "lifetime". Call us immediately with any mat or imprinting imperfections and we'll handle them fairly and professionally.
Once you approve/fax back your proposal, all orders are final. That's why we take such pains in assuring everything is fully communicated and agreed upon before production begins.
The sharpest designs are clean, crisp, and uncomplicated. They're also the most memorable. Fine line and small type do not wear as well as bold lines and type.
We mail your invoice when your order goes out. Payment is expected 21 days after shipment.
